Dr. Tim Burelle, Senior Consultant

As VP of a global medical/clinical organization, Tim led the development and implementation of their strategy management system with the balanced scorecard as the centerpiece and achieved some extremely impressive results.

Other prior experience includes:
Pharmacy Officer in U.S. Public Health Service
Faculty member and departmental chair in School of Pharmacy teaching, practicing and performing research in hospital, outpatient, retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
Professor, Dean and CEO of School of Pharmacy
SVP and EC member for ~425 store chain of retail/long-term care/mail-order pharmacies and home healthcare stores

Ryan K Englund, Principal

Ryan guides boards and executive leaders to successfully execute strategies, focusing on leadership commitment, organizational alignment, and performance measurement. He facilitates and develops management teams to achieve significant improvements in operations and to increase their rate of strategic learning. He leads corporate-wide value-improvement efforts that achieve dramatic business improvements.

He was Vice President, Strategic Planning & Change for the NutraSweet Kelco Company. He also served as Vice President of Operations for Jac Pac Foods. Prior consulting experience includes two years at Renaissance Solutions, five years at Monitor Company, and four years at Bain & Company.

Monica L. Nakielski, Senior Consultant

Monica is an active trainer and facilitator on the topics of strategy, corporate social responsibility and balance scorecards.  Monica partners with organizations to make the link between sustainability principles and strategy, planning & alignment, performance management and communications & reporting

Previously, Monica was a Management Consultant and the Lead for Sustainability at Palladium, formerly Balance Scorecard Collaborative with Drs. Kaplan and Norton, developers of Balance Scorecard management system.

Anna  Jaffe,  Consultant

Anna has served in HealthCare Quality leadership for the last 6 years. This has included design, support and implementation of the BSC in the healthcare setting. She has strong general management, negotiating, analytical and strategic planning qualifications, along with well-developed interpersonal, communication, training and presentation skills.

Dr. Patricia Iris - Principal

Patricia has been a hospital/health systems executive leader in both the public and private sectors and held the position of Chief Medical and Quality Officer.  She has successfully implemented a balanced scorecard performance measurement system into all levels of a health system organization.  In addition, she provides physician education and training related to leadership, clinical quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Patricia is a National Baldrige Senior Examiner and serves as a facilitator to train Baldrige examiners at the national level.  Her work experiences include performance improvements, strategic planning, clinical outcomes development and monitoring, clinical guideline development, and patient satisfaction monitoring.
